Plans
- Menu, free forever: the website with your menu, with photos and allergens, and the QR code on each table to view it. No orders.
- Eats All Over: everything (online orders for delivery, pickup and at the table, kitchen screens and printers, handhelds and reports) for $29 per month per active location. You never pay more than $499 a month, however many locations you have, and there is no commission per order.
Free trial
The first time a restaurant activates Eats All Over it gets 30 days free. The trial is once per restaurant: activating the plan again later does not start a new one.
When the trial starts you enter your card in Stripe Checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you switch to Menu before then, you are not charged anything.
How we charge
- The plan is charged every month, in US dollars, with Stripe Billing on All Over Apps' Stripe account. It renews automatically until you switch to Menu.
- You pay $29 for each active location, up to $499 a month.
- If the number of active locations changes partway through a period, the difference is prorated on the next invoice.
- Promotional codes may apply.
- Stripe keeps your card and we never see its number. Stripe Checkout collects the billing address and, if you want, your tax ID.
- Your invoices and your card are managed in Stripe's billing portal.
Switching to Menu
Switch to Menu whenever you want from the dashboard. The change applies at the end of the period already paid or, if you are on the trial, at the end of the trial, with no charge.
Until that date orders keep working and you can undo the change. After that, your website and your menu stay published on the Menu plan.
Refunds
We do not refund periods already charged or parts of a period, except where the law requires it.
If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
Taxes
Prices do not include taxes. If any tax on the plan applies in your restaurant's country, it will be shown on the invoice or you will have to declare it yourself, depending on the case.
